GMP Manufacturing Facility

A multi-million pound GMP manufacturing facility has been built on the Grosvenor Chemical site. This has been fully operational since 1998 and has been audited by a number of clients. Hunig's Base is a routine product of this plant.

 

Custom and Toll Synthesis

The following multi-purpose equipment is available

    5,000 litre Glass Lined Reactor

    4,000 litre Stainless Steel Reactor rated to 90 psi

    450 litre Glass Lined Reactor rated to 140º C & 60 psi

    3,500 litre Glass Lined Reactor with distillation column

    10,000 litre Stainless Steel Reactor with distillation column

    Alfa Laval centrifuge (48" diameter steel)

    Rosenmund Pressure Filter

    5,000 litre Vacuum Drier (Ribbon)

    2,500 litre Vacuum Drier  (Double Cone)

 

 

Small to medium scale pilot facility

A dedicated independent facility is available for pilot plant work and product development.

    3 x 200 litre Schott glass reactors

    450 litre Glass Lined Reactor
